Frequently Asked Questions

Jobs will start counting on the same day you opt-in and activate the campaign.

All completed jobs from the previous week will be processed on Wednesdays of the following week. For example: You completed the 5 jobs from Monday to Friday, you will receive the incentive the next Wednesday.

You can open your Jod app, go to JodRewards and you can find the Joined Campaigns and Challenges that you have. If you can see the New Joiner's Incentive there, that means it is already activated.

Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this campaign, you must opt in by clicking "Join Campaign / Challenge". Week 1 will start counting on the day you join this campaign.
  2. Jobs completed before joining this campaign will not be counted towards your progress.
  3. This campaign is only open to new Jod users.
  4. Complete 5 jobs per week (5 jobs completed should be within 7 days) for your weekly incentive to be processed.
  5. The maximum incentive you can receive is $200 if you complete 20 jobs in your first month.
  6. No "No Shows" or no last-minute/invalid cancellations to receive the reward.
  7. Only jobs with a 4-star rating or higher will be counted towards this campaign.
  8. Jod reserves the right to terminate/pause this campaign at any time without prior notice.
  9. Jod's decision regarding any matter related to the incentive program, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, reward amount, and disqualification, shall be final and binding. Any disputes shall be resolved by Jod, and its decision shall be final.

Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this campaign, users must opt in by clicking "Join Challenge" through our campaign page here
  2. Only the Jod users who joined this challenge, and complete a minimum of 150 cumulative hours of cashier jobs within a month with FairPrice will be eligible to receive the $100 incentive.
  3. Cashier jobs include Cashier, RA SCO, and Customer Support job titles.
  4. This reward is strictly limited to one (1) issuance per unique user per calendar month.
  5. Completed jobs made under this campaign/challenge are not stackable with other campaigns/challenges.
  6. Only jobs with at least a 4-star Rating will be counted in this campaign/challenge.
  7. No invalid job cancellations and No No-Shows during this campaign/challenge.
  8. Jod reserves the right to terminate/pause this campaign/challenge at any time without prior notice.
  9. Jod's decision regarding any matter related to this campaign/challenge, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, reward amount, and disqualification, shall be final and binding. Any disputes shall be resolved by Jod, and its decision shall be final.
Referral Program

Here's how the Jod referral program works:

Head to your profile and copy your unique referral code or link.
2.

Share your referral link

Share your referral code or link with the person you want to refer to Jod.
3.

Download and Sign Up

Encourage your referral to download the Jod app and sign up using your referral link.
4.

Complete the first job

Once your referred friend completes their first job with Jod, you will receive your referral fee.
5.

Receive the referral fee

After your friend's successful completion of their first job, the payment will be processed and paid out to your registered bank account with Jod.

Please be reminded that only when your referred friend completed their first job, that's the time when the referral will be counted and payment will be processed.

You can use your Jod app, click the Referral Program, and go to "Activity" to see the history of your successful referral.

Please be reminded that the processing of the referral fee is every Wednesday for the previous week's completed jobs. If you still have not received your referral fee, kindly check if you successfully added a bank information to your Jod account. If bank information is added, and you still didn't receive it, kindly contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist you.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All Jod users can refer a friend, with no limit.
  2. Only a successful referral will be paid out to the referrer's bank account. Successful referral means their friend signed up using their referral code, the referred user is a new Jod user, and the referred user completed their first job with Jod.
  3. All successful referrals will be processed every Wednesday, weekly.
  4. Applicable for referrals from April 1, 2024 onwards only.

Non-FSC UserAcquire FSC with Asian Culinary Institute (ACI), then complete a minimum of 170 cumulative hours of FSC-Required jobs to get a $100 incentive.

The FSC Program is open to all Jod users with FSC in their Jod profile. Non-FSC users are encouraged to get their FSC with Asian Culinary Institute (ACI) to be able to participate.

To join the FSC Crew, kindly fill out your details here and the Jod Team will contact you regarding your schedule at Asian Culinary Institute (ACI).

Once you acquired your FSC from Asian Culinary Institute (ACI), kindly go to your Jod Profile and upload your FSC. Once you upload it, go to JodRewards, click Campaign, and join the Jod FSC Crew so we can start counting your completed jobs.

  7. Only jobs with a 4-star rating or higher will be counted towards this campaign/challenge.
