What are the tiers and how do I qualify for them?
To qualify for the following tiers, all you need to do is meet the following requirements. Your eligibility for a tier upgrade will be reviewed on the last day of each quarter and announced on the first day of each quarter. Upon achieving your tier, you will enjoy the benefits and rewards of each tier for three (3) months without worrying about getting downgraded.
New to Jod? You will automatically be part of the Bronze tier and work your way up to qualify for higher tiers by completing more jobs!

Terms & Conditions
- Jobs and ratings will expire and reset to zero at the end of every program period. They will not be carried over to the next period.
- Tier status shall be determined by the number of jobs completed during the job-accumulation period, as well as ratings earned.
- Jobs completed and ratings are non-transferable to other Jod user accounts.
- Jod may terminate and/or modify the program at any time and at its sole discretion.

Terms of Use for JodRewards Points and Tiers
1. How and when these terms apply
These terms apply to Users in Singapore that participate in JodRewards Points and Tiers program through Jod Platform. Point balances, tier progress, and voucher options are accessed solely via the User's Jod Account that is accessible through Jod website and Jod mobile app. All Singapore-based Users are automatically enrolled into this tracking structure upon account verification.
These specific terms supplement our General Terms of Use. In the event of an explicit conflict regarding point allocations or tier statuses, these terms will take precedence over the General Terms of Use.
2. What are Tiers and Jod Points?
JodRewards is a non-cash loyalty program that is created as a token of appreciation towards all of the users in the platform. As a loyalty program, there are 3 tiers that are divided by it's specific criteria based on the user's performance in the platform: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Jod Points is non-monetary loyalty units issued to rewards-eligible profiles based on consistent job completions and high user ratings across the platform. These points carry no fixed monetary value and are used purely as currency within the online Rewards Mall.
User tier placement (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) governs specific point accumulation rates and unlocking thresholds. Tier statuses are re-evaluated and adjusted automatically at the conclusion of every calendar quarter based on performance metrics accumulated during that period.
3. Redeeming Non-Cash Vouchers in the Rewards Mall
Jod Points can only be exchanged for third-party vouchers, partner discounts, or digital gift cards through the designated Rewards Mall portal accessible via Jod website and Jod mobile app.
Transaction fees may apply for some methods of redeeming Jod Points. Any transaction fees that apply will be communicated to Users before selecting a redemption method, and are not refundable after the Jod Points are redeemed.
All distributed tier benefits, point allocations, and redeemed merchant vouchers are strictly non-transferable, have zero cash value, and cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted back into legal tender or cash incentives.
All Users will be automatically enrolled to the Sponsored Benefits based on their Tiers on JodRewards. No additional action is required by the User.
Only Users in Singapore have the ability to redeem rewards with Jod Points and other JodRewards features through the designated Rewards Mall portal accessible via Jod website and Jod mobile app.
4. Redeemed Rewards and Jod Points validity
Upon allocation to a User, Jod Points will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of allocation. Failure to utilise these points within this timeframe may result in expiration or cancellation at our sole discretion.
Please be aware that all Rewards are fulfilled by Third-Party Merchants, and Jod does not have control over this process. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions regarding the expiry, validity, and mode of usage of redeemed vouchers or services.
In the event of User Account termination, the current tier status and all accumulated, unspent Jod Points will be forfeited immediately.
5. Termination of program
Jod retains the right to modify, adjust, or completely wind down the JodRewards Points and/or Tier systems by giving written notice to active users through app notifications and/or registered email channels.
If we terminate the program under this clause, you will have 90 days from the date of termination to redeem any outstanding Jod Points. At the end of the 90-day period, any unused Jod Points will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to earn or redeem Jod Points.
6. Suspension or cancellation
We may suspend or terminate your Jod account and freeze or cancel your Jod Points at our sole discretion if you breach these terms, violate the General Terms of Use, or if we reasonably suspect you are operating your Jod account fraudulently.
7. Tax Obligations and External Reporting
Users bear sole accountability for checking and filing any personal income tax liabilities, non-cash fringe benefits taxes, or government reporting mandates tied to the acquisition or redemption of high-value merchant vouchers via Jod Points.
Users are advised to seek independent professional advice regarding their specific circumstances, including any possible fringe benefit tax implications. We do not provide advice, assurances, or warranties, and we accept no liability arising from or in connection with JodRewards Points or Jod Points systems.
