Description

Retail Job Description: - Cashiering duties using POS - Imparting the knowledge of culture of artisan bakes -Prepare simple drinks (Coffee and Tea) - Manage and liaise with kitchen for quality control - Manage food delivery platform systems and orders - Replenish and refill display counter - Slicing of bread loaves for customer - Maintain cleanliness of retail area and display shelves - Responsible for opening and closing of shop (depending on the shift) - Communicate and sell product knowledge about sourdough breads

Requirements

  • -Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and another mother tongue
  • - Possess food hygiene and safety certification
