Description

1. Oversee the company’s overall financial management and the review of daily accounting entries. 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports. 3. Manage accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and cash/fund allocation. 4. Monitor wine procurement costs, inventory accounting, sales revenue, and profit analysis. 5. Track supplier payments, customer collections, and inventory turnover. 6. Handle GST, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance. 7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to complete annual audits. 8. Lead the finance team, while optimizing financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2. At least 5 years of experience in finance-related roles; prior experience in the trading, wine, or imported goods industries is preferred.
  • 3. Proficient in inventory management, cost accounting, and financial statement analysis.
  • 4. Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
  • 5. Highly proficient in Excel and accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
  • 6. Strong skills in team management, financial analysis, and communication/coordination.
  • 7. Possession of professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
