Looking for a detail-oriented Finance Admin to support Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payment receiving and effective follow-up on outstanding balances
Description
Monitor customer accounts and track incoming payments Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions Liaise with internal teams and customers on billing matters Support month-end closing activities related to AR
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in AR or finance admin roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
