Joe & Dough is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Crew members to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience making coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

Description

-Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service -Take customer orders and process payments accurately -Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards -Operate and maintain coffee equipment and espresso machines -Assist with simple food assembly and preparation according to company guidelines -Serve food and beverages to customers -Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a pleasant dining environment -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, service counter, dining area, and work areas -Replenish stocks and assist with daily outlet operations -Support opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

• -Minimum 1 year of coffee-making or barista experience
• -Able to prepare espresso-based beverages confidently
• -Positive attitude with good customer service skills
• -Responsible, reliable, and a team player
• -Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• -Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
