Description
Sales & Customer Service -Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner -Introduce and explain product features and benefits -Recommend suitable products based on customer needs -Support the outlet in achieving sales targets -Maintain positive working relationships with store staff and other promoters -Recommend additional or complementary products when appropriate -Identify opportunities to cross-sell related items to enhance customer experience Merchandising & Display -Ensure products are properly arranged and replenished -Keep display areas neat, clean and organised -Check that pricing and promotional materials are accurate Inventory & Stock Control -Conduct basic stock checks -Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when replenishment is required -Assist in receiving and arranging stock Professional Conduct -Maintain professionalism during working hours -Work calmly during peak periods -Handle competition respectfully without conflict
