Supports daily warehouse operations including inventory handling, stock accuracy, material issuance, and replenishment coordination to ensure smooth operational flow. Maintains proper warehouse housekeeping, conducts stock checks, and supports product labeling and inventory control in accordance with company procedures.
Description
-Receive incoming inventory and arrange stock in designated storage locations. -Ensure all warehouse processes comply with quality standards by checking inventory for defects, damage, or discrepancies. -Safeguard goods to prevent loss, damage, or mishandling. -Track inventory in the designated system and monitor stock levels. -Identify when inventory falls below safety levels and initiate replenishment actions. -Maintain and update accurate inventory records, ensuring timely posting of all stock movements. -Issue materials to production in accordance with established procedures. -Maintain proper 5S housekeeping standards within the warehouse and storage areas. -Conduct periodic inventory stock checks (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) to ensure inventory accuracy. -Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure correct price tag labeling prior to product deliveries to retail outlets.
Requirements
- -GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- -Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in health product or manufacturing environments.
- -Knowledge of GxP standards related to warehouse operations, including both theoretical understanding and practical implementation.
- -Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping requirements in health product warehousing.
- -Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, WMS).
- -Knowledge of material handling procedures and stock rotation practices (FIFO / FEFO).
- -Strong problem-solving skills to address stock discrepancies, deviations, or logistics issues.
- -Understanding of workplace safety protocols, hazardous material handling, and environmental regulations.
