Salary:

$1,800 - $2,100 monthly

We are seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to support order fulfillment, Click & Collect operations, and customer service.

Description

• Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns, and requests regarding eCommerce orders. • Maintain and provide a high level of customer service at all times to fulfill customers' eCommerce orders. • Support the eCommerce Operations team in the processing of eCommerce orders and customer returns. • Coordinate with retail stores and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled accurately and on time. • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect Centre. • Monitor and provide prompt follow-up on customer enquiries, order statuses, and service-related issues. • Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of customer orders and returns. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the Click & Collect Centre. • Participate in ad hoc duties, projects, and operational activities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail operations, eCommerce, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in order fulfillment, Click & Collect operations, or eCommerce support will be an advantage.
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using online ordering systems.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work both weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, meticulous, and a team player

• 5 Days Work Week (Must work both weekends and Public Holidays) 10:30am to 9:30pm (2-hour break)
