Salary:

Responsible for overall business planning for the region, developing marketing strategies, controlling costs, and reporting operational results to management.

Description

Responsible for the overall business operations and management of a designated region. Develop regional business development strategies, sales targets, and annual plans. Oversee the daily operations and performance of various departments and branch offices. Expand market presence and client base; maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business data to formulate improvement initiatives. Manage the regional team, including staff development, performance evaluation, and workflow coordination. Control operational costs and ensure the achievement of business objectives and profit targets. Provide regular reports to senior management on regional operational status and development progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in regional or senior-level management is preferred.
• Proficiency in team management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with market analysis, budget management, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel for business; proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
