Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly - Serve Omakase courses carefully and in order - Introduce dishes and beverages to guests when needed - Keep the dining area clean and organized - Assist the team wherever necessary Requirements: - Experience in Omakase service - Polite, attentive, and guest-oriented DRESS CODE (IMPORTANT) For Women - Black long-sleeve format shirt - Plain black formal pants - Hair must be neatly tied in a bun using only black hair clips or black hair ties - Hair colour must be natural; no bright/unconventional colours. - Plain long black socks (no ankle socks) - Plain black flats, pumps, or court shoes (leather type; no logo, no buckle) - No sports shoes or cotton shoes - No long nails or painted nails - No visible piercings except one simple ear stud ⸻ For Men - Black long-sleeve format shirt - Black formal pants - Strictly plain long black socks (no ankle socks) - Plain black business/formal leather shoes (no logo, no buckle) - No sports shoes - No long nails or painted nails - Hair must be neatly styled with gel - Hair colour must be natural; no bright/unconventional colours. - Must be clean-shaven (no beard) - No visible tattoos or piercings
