Its growing portfolio features a distinct host of restaurants and bars - from fine and bespoke, to fast and casual. Key Responsibilities • Manage and operate POS systems, including all card and cash transactions • Assist in taking customer orders, recommending menu specialties, and upselling promotions • Inform customers about available modes of payments, and be well equipped to perform each transaction efficiently • Check and print correct bills for customers • Check all bills with the customers to ensure accuracy of bill • Check and balance cash floats at the beginning and end of each work shift • Assist in self-collection take-away services for customers, wrapping and packing food products to ensure they are in good condition before handed to customers • Handle delivery platform apps and process orders promptly and effectively • Set up tables, chairs, and all service mis en place according to SOP while adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards • Check food and beverages against orders to ensure right dishes are served to respective customers • Assist to clear tables and dishes from dining area and side stations • Attend to customer enquiries/feedback politely and professionally, and arrange for supervisors to attend to customers where necessary • Assist in Beverage preparation and daily operations at the back kitchen • Follow and ensure appropriate personal hygiene and sanitation procedures are met • Smile, upkeep good grooming, be service oriented, provide good customer service • Any other duties as assigned by Management
