This role oversees daily F&B operations, including managing POS systems, cash handling, delivery platforms, and service setup while ensuring hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the service team, taking and upselling orders, providing courteous guest service, addressing feedback professionally, and maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and outlet cleanliness.
Description
• Manage and operate POS systems, including all card and cash transactions • Check and print the correct bill for customers • Check and balance cash floats at the beginning and end of each work shift • Handle delivery platform apps and process orders promptly and effectively • Set up tables, chairs, and all service mise en place according to SOP while adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards • Assist in taking customer orders, recommending menu specialties, and upselling promotions • Inform customers about available modes of payment, and be well-equipped to perform each transaction efficiently • Smile, upkeep good grooming, be service-oriented, provide good customer service • Assist Outlet Managers in ensuring smooth daily operations • Lead a team of service staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times • Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage service to our guests • Responsible for the quality of service, product and cleanliness of the outlet • Respond to guest queries and feedback in the most professional way • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in F&B supervisory level
- Possess a great service attitude
- Energetic team player
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
