Description
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s offerings, including food, beverages, and sake, and be able to confidently guide team members in product knowledge and guest engagement • Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring the floor is well-prepared and aligned with the reservation list and guest preferences, maintaining premium service standards • Greet and engage guests with a high level of professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience • Provide clear and accurate guidance to guests on food and beverage selections, including ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and potential allergens or dietary restrictions • Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized service and ensure consistent guest satisfaction • Proactively anticipate guests' needs and provide tailored service that exceeds expectations • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues with poise and escalating when necessary • Manage and pace the firing of guests’ meal courses, according to their speed of consumption and interactions • Ensure all courses are served accurately and at the appropriate time, with high attention to detail and guest preferences • Act as a liaison between front-of-house and kitchen teams, clearly communicating guest requests and special requirements to the Chef and culinary staff • Ensure proper clearing and resetting protocols are observed during service • Handle billing processes with accuracy and efficiency • Supervise and uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols across all service areas • Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management to support restaurant operations and uphold service excellence
Requirements
- Solid understanding of fine dining standards and guest service etiquette
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, food safety, and professional grooming
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays, fixed Off days
