加工组长 (Processing Team Leader) About the client: Our client is a fast-growing China-based e-commerce fresh grocery platform, providing online ordering and rapid delivery of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and daily necessities through an integrated logistics and fulfillment network. Singaporean Citizens/PR holder, Chinese speaker are some of the main requirements due to the nature of the job and the company. Urgency: High Night Shift: 20:00–08:00 (夜班, 12小时, 做六休一), HC:2 Day Shift: 08:00–20:00 (白班, 12小时, 做六休一), HC:1 Responsibilities • Execute daily B2B customer orders by allocating processing tasks and planning production schedules. • Coordinate team members, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee timely delivery to logistics. • Enforce SOPs for fruit/vegetable acceptance, cleaning, sorting, cutting, packaging, and storage. • Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., SS590). • Maintain accurate production, quality, and temperature records. • Assign tasks fairly, train staff on SOPs, food safety, and equipment use. • Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team culture. Requirements • Age 25–45, High school or above. • Proficient in spreadsheets and basic computer use. • Fluent in Chinese & English (oral and written). • ≥1 year experience in fresh produce operations management; led teams of 10+. • Strong coordination, execution, learning, and communication skills. • Knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse operations.
