Finance Manager (Solar Company) Manage end-to-end finance for solar projects, including cost control, billing & subsidy reconciliation, budget, cash flow, taxation and financial reporting. Review contract financial terms, manage risk and liaise with banks, auditors and tax bureau

Description

Responsible for the company’s overall financial management and the review of daily accounting entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports. Oversee cost accounting, budget control, and financial analysis for solar energy projects. Monitor project revenue, construction-related payments, supplier settlements, and customer collections. Supervise accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and cash management. Analyze costs, profitability, and return on investment (ROI) for individual solar energy projects. Handle tax filings and financial compliance, and support annual audits. Manage the finance team, while optimizing financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance; prior experience in the solar, energy, engineering, or project management sectors is preferred.
• Proficient in project cost accounting, budget management, and cash flow control.
• Well-versed in financial reporting, tax filings, and relevant accounting standards.
• Highly skilled in using Excel and financial software.
• Strong capabilities in team management, financial analysis, and communication/coordination.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
