👨‍🍳 Sous Chef / Chef De Partie Join Common Man Coffee Roasters, where quality food and exceptional hospitality go hand in hand. We're looking for passionate kitchen professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment and take pride in delivering consistently great food. 📍 Locations CMCR Sentosa CMCR Joo Chiat CMCR Martin Working Hours 44 hours per week 5-day work week Key Responsibilities 🍳 Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes to company standards. 🥗 Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning. 🧼 Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. 📦 Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control. 🤝 Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties. 👨‍🍳 Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service. What We're Looking For Relevant kitchen experience is preferred (training provided for junior roles). Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Able to work weekends and public holidays. Requirements

• Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate
• Min 3 years experience for CDP
• Min 6 years experience for Sou Chef
• Passionate about food
