Job Responsibilities: - Packing of goods at cashier counters - Face-to-face customer service - Replenish and arranging of stocks on the shelving - Ensure that the work station is always clean and supplies are always replenished. - Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required - Able to carry heavy load up to 5kg - Effective and efficient use of cash register - Proper bagging of items - Ensure high standard of housekeeping - Any other duties as assigned. - Be able to up-sell promotional items to customers. - Prior retail experience would be a bonus Requirements: - Ability to read and understand product labels - Service-oriented and a team player Additional Requirement: - Friendly personality - Provide excellent service to customers - Able to read, write and speak English along with performing basic math Dress Code: - Dark Jeans (no holes/no tear) - Black T-shirt - Black covered shoes
