We are looking for a passionate Cafe Barista to prepare quality coffee, create beautiful latte art, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a welcoming café experience.
Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard Create quality espresso-based drinks with consistent taste and presentation Perform latte art designs such as hearts, tulips, and rosettas Steam milk and produce smooth, silky microfoam Take customer orders and provide friendly service Operate coffee machines and maintain café equipment Handle cash and payment transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages
- Skilled in milk steaming and latte art techniques
- Ability to create basic latte art designs (heart, tulip, rosetta, etc.)
- Good customer service and communication skills
