We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cafe Chef with experience in Western and Japanese cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Description

Prepare and cook a variety of Western and Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation including pasta, sandwiches, salads, rice dishes, and Japanese-style cuisine Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes with attention to detail Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Assist with menu development and introduce new dishes when required Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchen environment
