Description
Led the company’s HR team in conducting organization-wide performance appraisals, and refined the company’s overall HR processes, including compensation structuring, employee relations, and recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; aged 40 or above; 3–5 years of comprehensive human resources experience; familiar with Singaporean labor laws and regulations related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Central Provident Fund (CPF). Preference will be given to Singapore citizens, permanent residents (PRs), or individuals eligible to apply for permanent residency.
