Benefits

Assist with daily bookkeeping and the entry of financial data. Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoices, and payment records. Assist with bank reconciliations, organizing records of receipts and expenditures, and processing reimbursement documents. Organize and archive financial documents, contracts, and related vouchers. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and expense reports. Support accountants with tax filings and the compilation of materials for annual audits. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and expense reports. Support accountants with tax filings and the compilation of materials for annual audits. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting; suitable entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Excel and standard office software.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and basic numerical analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
