Should you need to file for a claim, you can send an email to help@jod.com.sg with Subject Title - Paid Sick Leave, Income Protection from Job Cancellations or Emergency & Compassionate Leave.

You can also visit JodRewards viaJod app and submit the documents required for the coverage you are filing for.

For Reimbursement under Paid Sick Leave (Inpatient or Outpatient), please submit a completed claim form, along with:

Inpatient: Hospital documents, doctor's notes (if applicable), and receipts for your eligible medical expenses.

Outpatient: A valid Medical Certificate (MC) and receipts documenting your medical expenses.

For Reimbursement under Income Protection from Job Cancellations, submit a completed claim form along with proof of job cancellation from Jod.

For Reimbursement under Emergency & Compassionate Leave, please submit a completed claim form along with a copy of the official death certificate for your deceased immediate family member.
