Jobs will start counting on the same day you opt-in and activate the campaign.

All completed jobs from the previous week will be processed on Wednesdays of the following week.
For example:
You completed the 5 jobs from Monday to Friday, you will receive the incentive the next Wednesday.

You can open your Jod app, go to JodRewards and you can find the Joined Campaigns and Challenges that you have. If you can see the New Joiner’s Incentive there, that means it is already activated.
1. To participate in this campaign, you must opt in by clicking "Join Campaign / Challenge". Week 1 will start counting on the day you join this campaign.
2. Jobs completed before joining this campaign will not be counted towards your progress.
3. This campaign is only open to new Jod users.
4. Complete 5 jobs per week (5 jobs completed should be within 7 days) for your weekly incentive to be processed.
5. The maximum incentive you can receive is $200 if you complete 20 jobs in your first month.
6. No "No Shows" or no last-minute/invalid cancellations to receive the reward.
7. Only jobs with a 4-star rating or higher will be counted towards this campaign.
8. Jod reserves the right to terminate/pause this campaign at any time without prior notice.
9. Jod’s decision regarding any matter related to the incentive program, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, reward amount, and disqualification, shall be final and binding. Any disputes shall be resolved by Jod, and its decision shall be final.

No, the payment team will automatically consolidate your reports and make the payment to you within 7-10 days after you have completed your second job.

You can complete jobs with:

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics

For example, your first completed job should be IMH and second completed job is also IMH, or 1sth completed job is Woodlands and 2nd completed job is also Woodlands.

You can start accumulating hours from your 3rd job onwards for the $50 incentive.

Your existing progress will not expire and you can continue it anytime. Once it’s completed, your incentive will be processed.

Yes, once you completed the 50 hours with the same hiring institution, you can rejoin and complete another 50 hours.

Jod’s decision regarding any matter related to the incentive program, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, reward amount, and disqualification, shall be final and binding. Any disputes shall be resolved by Jod, and its decision shall be final.

Please be reminded that only when your referred friend completed their first job, that’s the time when the referral will be counted and payment will be processed.

You can use your Jod app, click the Referral Program, and go to ‘Activity’ to see the history of your successful referral.

Please be reminded that the processing of the referral fee is every Wednesday for the previous week’s completed jobs.
If you still have not received your referral fee, kindly check if you successfully added a bank information to your Jod account.
If bank information is added, and you still didn’t receive it, kindly contact us at help@jod.com.sg and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Terms and Conditions
All Jod users can refer a friend, with no limit.
Only a successful referral will be paid out to the referrer's bank account. Successful referral means their friend signed up using their referral code, the referred user is a new Jod user, and the referred user completed their first job with Jod.
All successful referrals will be processed every Wednesday, weekly.
Applicable for referrals from April 1, 2024 onwards only.
FHC Crew

The FHC Program is open to all Jod users with FHC in their Jod profile. Non-FHC users are encouraged to get their FHC with EduQuest to be able to participate.

Your completed jobs will start counting on the same day you opt-in and join the campaign/challenge. Kindly take note that the jobs completed before you joining the program will not be counted.

You can open your Jod app, go to JodRewards and you can find the “Joined” Campaigns and Challenges. If you can see FHC Crew there, that means it is already activated.

To join the FHC Crew, kindly fill out your details here and the Jod Team will contact you regarding your schedule at EduQuest.

Once you acquired your FHC from EduQuest, kindly go to your Jod Profile and upload your FHC. Once you upload it, go to JodRewards, click Campaign, and join the Jod FHC Crew so we can start counting your completed jobs.
This campaign is only open to users who have a FHC on their Jod app profile.
Jobs completed before joining this campaign will not be counted towards your progress.
The maximum incentive you can receive is $200 per 15 FSC-required completed jobs. Users who completed the initial 15 jobs need to click “Join Challenge” again for their next 15 jobs to be counted.
Only jobs that require FHC will be counted towards this campaign. Progress/completed jobs made under this campaign are not stackable with other campaigns/challenges.
Users who joined this campaign must complete the 15 required jobs within October 2024 or the progress will be forfeited.
You can join this campaign again after you complete your initial progress.
Users with no "No Shows" or no last-minute/invalid cancellations during the fulfillment of the campaign for any job will be eligible for the incentive payout.
